Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 23, 2026
These Terms govern your access to See360.app, operated by Lexington Drone Video, LLC. By using See360, you agree to these Terms. These Terms should be reviewed by counsel before relying on them for a specific EU launch or regulated customer.
Service
See360 provides 360 panorama hosting, private and public sharing, embeds, collections, tours, branded viewer controls, and related account and billing features.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Plan prices, billing cadence, included limits, and cancellation links are shown before checkout and in the billing portal. Stripe processes payments. Taxes may be calculated and displayed by Stripe during checkout.
You can cancel from the billing portal. Your plan generally remains active until the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or billing flow states otherwise. See the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
EU consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. EU consumers may have statutory rights relating to pre-contract information, withdrawal, digital service conformity, remedies, and complaint handling. Exact withdrawal and remedy wording should be confirmed with counsel for the target member states.
User content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant See360 a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce for backups, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service and comply with law.
Authorized See360 administrators may access, review, restrict, remove, or disable access to uploaded content, including private and public files, when reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, provide support, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, protect users or third parties, or comply with law.
You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups. You must own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to upload, store, publish, embed, license, download, display, and share the content through See360.
Do not upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, property, or other third-party rights. Copyright owners may use the DMCA Policy and content reporting tools to request review of allegedly infringing material.
Acceptable use
You must not use See360 to:
- Upload or share illegal content.
- Infringe copyright, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Share abusive, exploitative, harassing, or non-consensual content.
- Upload or share pornography or sexually explicit content, including explicit sexual acts or content primarily intended for sexual arousal.
- Conduct unlawful surveillance or publish unlawful location data.
- Upload malware, attack systems, scrape abusively, or bypass limits.
- Misrepresent identity, ownership, authorization, or permissions.
Non-sexual artistic, educational, medical, or journalistic nudity is not automatically prohibited, but we may still restrict content we reasonably find inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Public content, reporting, and moderation
Public panoramas and collections may be reported through the content report form. We may suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict, remove, or disable access to content, accounts, or features, when we believe a user or content violates these Terms, law, third-party rights, safety requirements, or service integrity.
We may remove or disable access to content in response to copyright or DMCA notices, counter-notices, repeat-infringer reviews, legal requests, or other rights complaints. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload content without sufficient rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
If we take action on your content or account, you may contact admin@see360.app to ask for review. We may keep moderation and abuse-prevention records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of See360. If a paid plan materially loses core functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice where practical.
Third-party services
See360 uses third-party services such as hosting, storage, authentication, analytics when consented, email, and payment processing. Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Intellectual property
See360 software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by See360 or its licensors, excluding your user content. You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
See360 is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, See360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by Kentucky law except where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights. Before filing a claim, please contact us at admin@see360.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
