DMCA Policy

See360.app is operated by Lexington Drone Video, LLC. This policy explains how copyright owners can report material on See360 that they believe infringes their copyright, and how users can respond if they believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
This policy is provided for operational handling and should be reviewed by counsel before relying on it for legal safe-harbor compliance. See360 maintains a designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office and must keep that registration current.

Copyright takedown notices
If you believe material on See360 infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the See360 material you claim is infringing, including the public URL or panorama/collection ID when available.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review and takedown
We may remove, disable access to, restrict, or preserve content after receiving a copyright notice, when required by law, or when needed to enforce the Terms & Conditions. We may also notify the user who uploaded the reported material.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright report and you believe that action was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the DMCA contact above. Your counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
See360 may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, disable sharing, or limit service access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit content without the rights needed to upload, publish, embed, license, or share it.
Misrepresentations
Copyright notices and counter-notices should be accurate and sent only by people authorized to submit them. Knowingly submitting false claims may create legal liability.
