1) What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to information collected through:

  • See360.app and related pages, apps, and features
  • Any communications between you and us relating to the Service

It does not cover third-party websites, services, or apps you may access through links or integrations.

2) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email, username, password (stored in hashed form), organization name, and other details you submit.
  • Billing information (paid plans): billing contact details and limited payment metadata (we typically do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe).
  • Support and communications: messages, attachments, and information you provide when you contact support.

B. Content you upload or create in the Service

  • User Content: photos, images, media, files, and related data you upload or generate using the Service.
  • Metadata: information embedded in or associated with files (which can include timestamps, camera/device details, location/GPS if present in the file, file names, and other metadata you include).

You control what you upload. If you don’t want location metadata stored, remove it before uploading.

C. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and aggregate activity patterns.
  • Device and network data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, approximate location (derived from IP), and language settings.

D. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in
  • Remember preferences
  • Understand usage and improve performance
  • Help secure the Service and prevent abuse

You can control cookies through your browser settings (see Section 7).

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (account creation, uploads, storage, processing, sharing features you enable)
  • Maintain reliability and performance (debugging, testing, analytics, system administration)
  • Secure the Service (fraud detection, abuse prevention, enforcing rate limits/usage limits)
  • Communicate with you (service messages, account notices, support replies, important updates)
  • Process transactions (if you subscribe to paid plans)
  • Improve and develop features (including aggregated analytics)

No sale of your content for advertising. We do not sell your User Content to advertisers.

4) How We Share Information

We may share information in limited circumstances:

A. With service providers (processors)

We use third-party vendors to help run the Service (for example: hosting, storage, content delivery, analytics, error monitoring, customer support tools, and payment processing). These providers may process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

B. With other users or the public (when you choose)

If you create share links, publish content, invite collaborators, or otherwise enable sharing, your content and related information may be accessible to those recipients (and potentially further shared by them).

C. For legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it’s necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • Enforce our Terms
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or the Service
  • Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues

D. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy (or a successor policy).

5) Legal Bases (If You’re in the EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under legal bases such as:

  • Performance of a contract (providing the Service)
  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement)
  • Consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies or marketing)
  • Legal obligation (compliance with applicable laws)

6) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to:

  • Provide the Service and maintain your account
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse

When you delete content or close an account, we will delete or de-identify information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we must retain it for legal, security, or operational reasons (e.g., backups, audit logs, fraud prevention). Backups may persist for a limited period.

7) Your Choices and Controls

A. Account information

You may update certain account details through your account settings (if available) or by contacting us.

B. Cookies

You can usually:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
  • Use private browsing modes
  • Manage mobile device identifiers in your device settings

Blocking cookies may limit some functionality (like staying signed in).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request:

  • Access to personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of data
  • Restriction or objection to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent)

To make a request, contact info@lexdronevideo.com. We may need to verify your identity.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and using strong passwords.

9) International Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11) “Do Not Track”

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature. The Service may not respond to all Do Not Track signals, and there is no universal standard for compliance.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
