See360.app is operated by Lexington Drone Video, LLC, 2237 Dogwood Trace Blvd, Lexington, KY 40514, USA. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use See360.
Contact us at admin@see360.app. This policy is a baseline notice and should be reviewed by counsel before relying on it for a specific EU launch or regulated customer.
Information we collect
- Account data, such as email address and authentication details.
- Billing metadata for paid plans. Card details are handled by Stripe.
- Uploaded content, including panoramas, floorplans, thumbnails, watermarks, hotspot markers, titles, descriptions, and file metadata you provide.
- Support, privacy, feature, abuse, and content report messages.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, logs, security events, and usage events.
How we use information
- Provide hosting, viewing, sharing, embeds, billing, and support.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and moderate uploaded content, including private content when necessary for service operation, safety, legal compliance, or Terms enforcement.
- Operate billing, subscriptions, tax, invoices, and customer support.
- Improve See360 using optional analytics only after analytics consent is granted.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
Legal bases for EEA and UK users
- Contract: to provide the See360 service you request.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, support, abuse handling, and service improvement.
- Consent: optional analytics, certain cookies, and communications where consent is required.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, disputes, lawful requests, and compliance records.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary storage for sign-in, security, theme preferences, checkout, and protected collection access. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded unless you grant analytics consent. You can change your choice from the Cookies Policy.
Vendors and processors
We use service providers to operate See360, including Supabase for authentication/database services, Cloudflare R2 or compatible storage for uploaded files, Stripe for payments and billing, Resend for email, Vercel/Fly or similar hosting infrastructure, and Google Analytics only when consented. These providers process data under their own terms and data-processing commitments.
Public sharing and user content
If you publish panoramas or collections, the content and related metadata may be visible to people with the link, embedded on other sites, indexed when you enable search indexing, and reported for review. Remove sensitive metadata before uploading files if you do not want it stored.
Administrative access
Access to uploaded content is limited to authorized personnel and used when reasonably necessary to operate and secure See360, provide support, investigate reports, prevent abuse, enforce the Terms, protect users or third parties, or comply with law. This may include private and public files and related metadata.
International transfers
See360 is operated from the United States and may use providers in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, equivalent transfer mechanisms, or provider data transfer frameworks should be confirmed with each vendor before EU launch.
Retention
We keep account, billing, support, report, and content data for as long as needed to provide See360, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Deleted content is removed from active systems where practical, but backups, audit logs, billing records, abuse-prevention records, and legal records may persist for limited periods.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Use the privacy request form or email admin@see360.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
EEA and UK users may also complain to their local data protection authority. We encourage contacting us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
See360 is not intended for children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
